The “Very Best Lobsters In The World” Are Back In NYC: Gothamist

Dorothy Cann Hamilton, founder of the International Culinary Center, says the Fourchu lobsters, sourced from the cold waters off Nova Scotia, are “without question, the very best lobsters in the world.” She has been working with local fishermen, “who catch these lobsters safely and sustainably, to bring this exciting opportunity to New Yorkers.” The Fourchu lobsters will be available into August.
